| Well, the other night I found out I had a burnt out license plate light. Since I was planning on going LED, I went ahead and ordered the LED bulbs for the light. They were $13.99 a piece. I will have to take pictures after this weather is through. I also installed Blue LED's in the map lights/dome light. They look pretty awesome too. Only complaint on them is they glow faintly after everything is off. Everything I have read said this is normal and has no more draw than the security led that flashes in the dash.
Like I said, will post pictures once the wintry mix moves on. Now I just need the bulb for in the trunk and under the hood.

| Mine don't glow at all after off. I got ALL the bulbs at once, definitely glad I did, I like them. | |

| Well....I dunno. I just went down to the car and looked and they aren't glowing anymore. I am guessing that it might have been a residual in the wiring? When I turned the lights off and locked the car, they were bright, then they faded but were still glowing at maybe 1% of their full brightness. That was around 6pm. After letting them settle, they aren't on anymore. I don't know why they were doing that. I know they draw less power and from what I have read, there are a lot of people that have the issue if you search some of the other forums.
Strange in deed but they are off now.

| Strange, but you were not at the Christmas party to see something weirder than that.
The trophy had a strip of LED's in it, and two single white leds.. the white led farthest from the power source (keep in mind the powersource was 110ac reduced to 12volts via charger for a remote controlled car) would glow for 10 minutes at reduced power with it not plugged in lol...

| I think that hood stripe would look better on your car than that one since you got the black going down the sides too. I dont like it in the pic above but think it would look good on yours. | |

| I'm with Dave, it may match your car better than that one. It's one of those you'd have to see in person to really judge though. | |

| Yea. That is what I am thinking. On that car it needs something else. I think it would look a lot better on mine. Nice thing is that they are cheap. $38.00 shipped.....so... If they look bad, they come off easily! | |

| Just ordered my Eibach/Roush/DUB Pro-Kit lowering springs tonight. They had a hell of a deal on Ebay. Roush Overstock were selling them for $125 with free shipping. Still have to get Camber bolts for the alignment but those should only be $50 bucks. Not sure if I will need them or not. Now I have to find somewhere to install them without charging me a fortune.
Should drop the car 1 inch up front and 1.5 inches in the rear.

| I finally installed something new. Got my MGW short throw shifter in today. Installation took 2.5 hours. A lift would have been nice and quicker! Here are some pictures of the shifter and it installed. This thing is amazing. I have used other short throw shifters and this one is top notch. This top is the new shifter, bottom is the stock flimsy shifter. Ford should take notes for their newer models!
