Who all is coming? Where are we meeting to ride up together?

I am racing in maryland on Friday so as long as I dont break I will be there in the Z06. If not I will be racing the Victory.

Sigh im not, i'll be at Hyperfest..

I should be there Sunday, assuming you don't end up having to drive me home on Fri.

Its just informal racing. Similar to a test and tune day.

There is no times, just who beats who. The nice thing is you get to pic your races. Basically you do a parade lap so everyone can see your car and then you can either get straight in line to race or go to the pit and wait till you see someone you want to race and ask them. Its alot of fun.

that sounds pretty awesome... how many runs do you usually get and is it packed with actual built cars or could i compete with some of them...

As many as you can possibly do. Back before I took Tina and the baby with me, I hotlapped all day and got well over 20 runs. Usually if you pace yourself and pick out matches that you want, you'll get 10. You get everything there from "barely legal" street cars to stock Escorts, so you'll definitely find vehicles in your league.

Crap, I confused myself (real hard to do). Dave, Is Friday going to be timed, or is it going to be like Flashlight style too? I thought Matt was asking about Friday, Then Sunday, now looking at it a third time, I thought he was asking about Friday again. It's too early and I've already worked too long this morning, lol.

Matt, you will beat alot of cars there. Like Levi said there will be some rediculously fast cars there but most are 13-14 sec cars. Its only 1/8 mile so getting off the line not spinning is the most important thing. For the first hour or so you wont get alot of runs in but the crowd starts to thin out and then at the end you can hot lap it and only wait 10 min or less between runs. I hope you decide to go!!!!!!!

Heck yes.....thats why we are going. To get our best ET's ever.

I'm heading up to Summit Point this weekend. If I make it back in time I may swing by. The car is in need of a tune bad though. :(
