Pretty excited about this....

I am going to MIR for a track rental either Sunday or Monday depending on which day has better weather. Right now the car is #6 on the Z06 fast list for a non-power adder car. Finally getting to run in some good air will really help the car and help me move up the list.

Anyways the coolest thing is who invited me...........Ranger himself. Hell I would make the drive just to watch him run. He will be going for a new record in his stock Z06 so I'm sure you will see the video flooding the internet if he does.

If you dont know who Ranger is, his real name is John and he is an Army Ranger (hence his nickname). This guy is arguably the best manual transmission drag racer alive. Here is his current record. This car is bone stock besides tires in excellent air.

I dont know how I got invited. He said he is only having a maximum of 8 cars. Everyone else will probably be proffesional drivers and then there is me with less than 30 passes under my belt. I will prob do something stupid and roll out or stall at the line. lol
