Start saving your money it will be out in the spring! Rumors are that the following year it will be turbo'd.

Maybe bc I wont have a car or bike payment by the time the turbo model comes out.

200HP flat four I would have to guess is a small turbo, but if it's 200HP and NA, the compression must be off the charts.

First round is NA, 2014 will be, possibly turbo/super. :noway:

looks great... .I believe this is the one that is co-built with Toyota and there would be a model come out under Toyota/ Scion as the supposed next gen Supra

I thought about getting one till I heard it wasn't going to be turbo. Might just get an evo instead.

Going to have to be two engine models if 200HP NA, boosted one will be lower compression to start.

I like the looks of it. Just not sure of the market for the car. It does have one thing going for it.....it only weighs 2500lbs. But this looks to be marketed as a performance car and they only gave it 200hp (for now)?

Subaru's bread and butter is with the AWD performance car IMO. The BRZ is cool but if it was introduced at the same time and the 370z I think alot of people would go that direction.

Honestly, if I were in the market I would pick up an STi before the BRZ unless they throw alot of HP at it when it goes turbo.

They are going for the drift crowd. The Toyota version is looking to bring back the old Corolla AE86.

they talked about this car and it's brother with toyota in Fast Lane Daily the other day

200hp rated at the engine isnt that hard to do, honda has been doing it for years, but granted those are dohc engines.

car looks nice, but agreed, i'd hold out for a turbo model.

My guess is this car will be slightly faster than an Si due to its weight. I think Si's are 2700lbs.

The Sky is 2800, that doesn't sound so bad.

I think ours is in the 2600-2750 rance with lighter hood, fenders, bumper and some other things we have done. I would say we have dropped 100lbs a least.

I thought they were around 3100 lbs????
