Solstice formula style ram air hood install.

I had this guy in Indiana make me a custom hood for the solstice, Its based on the forumla firebirds from back in the day. Below are photos of the hood from start to finish, and the install process. I trailered the car up there to have him do the custom work.

While we had the hood off, I installed a set of shorty headers made by solo, just for the solstice.

I didn't realize that was a total custom hood. Looks pretty awesome. I'm anxious to see this car in person.

What a killer wedding gift! Wish my wife was into cars. Then again, its kinda nice that she doesn't want anything to do with it so I don't have to ever hand over the keys.
