I thought it looked like an AEM from Advance. I have been considering one for my F150. Is that where you got it? You like it? can you tell a difference?

Check with kisner on here about your exhaust, he may be able to do it cheaper.

A real tune would do aworld of difference with the intake and exhaust. I would get rid of the chip after getting the exhaust also..

now why would i want to get rid of my chip lol without it the gov. will only let it go 98.5 mph with it it wants to go to 130 and from what bullydog says it should do 145 but i never had it that fast yet lolget a long streight away and turn my gps on and see what it will do lol

A tuner should be able to adjust that stuff just like your chip does.
A dyno tune is always better than a canned tune or chip. All a handheld tuner does is give you a generic "super safe" tune based on your mods. Of course it will give you a bump in HP but they typically dont give you the HP they advertise.
Now a handheld tuner on a turbo deisel is another story.
Right now I am on an email tune. If you get an email tune they can get you dialed in pretty close as long as you send them the logs after you load the tune in your car so they can adjust it and send it back. They should do that multiple times to get it right. I am going to get my car dynotuned next month since there is still some power left on the table and they can smooth out the surging I have with my cam.
A dynotune will get you more HP but it comes down to cost vs HP. You already have your handheld but a dynotune will cost you $500+. BTW-which handheld tuner do you have?

What d-rod said. Plus a good gm tuner can turn off a governor.
