I was out of town this whole weekend for the Mopar Nationals at National Trail Raceway. We took the '67 Barracuda and entered in the Throttle TV Pro class, out of ~150 cars we were in the Top 5 fastest with all our runs in the 10.0s. Even at that, we had to really hold the car back. Off the throttle and on the brakes just after the 1000ft mark (trap speed was in the low 120s LOL) The air was fantastic and it was really wanting to go deep in the 9's but our cage isn't certified for 9.99 or quicker and we'd need an NHRA license. Didn't go far in eliminations because dad redlighted by .01 in round 1
I took about 70 pictures over the weekend, they're uploaded on my facebook if you want to check them out. Nothing like Scott's pictures but I tried... kinda
lol yeah, we'll get 'em next year. Red lights are easy to fix lol

I still say at the end of the season, you guys need to take it up to a test and tune night and run it all out.
Dad said had he known that last pass was red he was gonna run it all-out. Hard to see the tree when it launches between pulling the front wheels and the jolt from the launch. We just took it up to the shop and went through the valves and stepped down from 34 to 33 air bleeders in the carb to richen it up on top end. Has a fuel flutter starting around 6400rpm, should crank around 7k with no issues.
You can hear the engine flutter around the 1000ft mark.
