| Well the title says it all. What is your favorite tool? Mine would have to be my paint gun. Iwata LPH400. This one is a keeper for me. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] | |

| Mine would have to be a Craftsman hammer. It is a small one with a wood handle and rubber and plastic tips on either end of the head. The story behind it is what makes it my favorite.
Back when I had my 1993 Grand Marquis, I had to order a new windshield washer fluid tank when the original cracked. When the replacement arrived it had a hole for a fluid level sensor that the car didn't have, so I had to find a suitable plug. Looking around the garage, the only thing I could find to plug the hole was the rubber end of one of those hammers. At the time, I was 17 and didn't know Lowe's sold rubber stoppers, so I went to Sear's and got a hammer and a tube of silicone sealant. I got home, cut most of the rubber off and sealed it up. This was back in '07 and when I saw the car this past summer, that repair was still holding strong, lol. And the hammer is still with me.

| The rockwell was the original, and I have looked at other brands, seems to be the best made imo, the weight alone of it will tell you its a good tool because of the windings etc...
It works amazing. Nothing bad to say about it.

| Heck I thought this thread was going to be inappropriate.
