| Thanks man, I started with a die cast, cause I know a little about repair car bodys, was gonna try the same principles with the model, since I know nothing about those.. | |

| Put some more work into the model today. Back bumper finally harden [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Now I just need to fill in the small places with scratches. Then carve our the bumper. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]New material waiting to dry above. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Getting ready to carve out fenders with a drill and a file. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Added primer so I could see imperfections above easier. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Added more material after sanding out imperfections after primer dried. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Sanded that out, here is what it looks like now, but still not finished. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| Well, some putty dried today, I sanded the back bumper and then filled in some more putty where pieces chipped out. The hood, I reprimered to see the defects with home small inperfections would fill in and sand out with 1500 grit paper. We will see. Here are pics of the progress from today. The model I started with, I bought two. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Putty I am using [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Now the hood progress. | Tonight I decided to start on Norms fenders. I was thinking about carving these out with a metal file but I really dont have the right tools, So I decided to drill them out, and then carve them out of bondo that I fill the gap back in with.
