| Well, I finally got the courage to spray my lights with VHT, and after alot of elbow grease and several coats, they are dry and look great. I will post better pics when I can, but right now the lights are hard to capture the images. The orange peel look is now gone after using a polishing compound on them. I done the turn signals on the side where they are big and orange, and the reverse lights so far. Here is a picture after wet sanding them. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here they are after clear coating before polishing them. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I will post pics when I can get better lighting in the garage to show off the finished product. | |

| Okay, here is what they look like with the camera flash, which is good because other cars headlights and stuff with make them still reflect and wont look illegal to cops and stuff. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]That is the tinted light above.. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The picture above is looking at them from behind, horrible pic, but you get the idea. I will do better when I can get the car out an take pics. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Above you can seen the finished polished product. Nice reflections just like the paint on the car. I dig it. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Turn signals/marker lights tinted, just as shiny as the back ones. | |

| Thanks Dave-O My goal is eventually get everything black except the wheels, that is unless one gets messed up. If it does it will get powdercoated instead of rechromed. Alot cheaper.

| Where did you purchase the VHT? I have been looking for something like this for my turn signals on the bottom of my headlights. I can purchase a clear light kit but they run close to $400 per light and that just isn't in the budget. I would like to take the amber out of the light, I thought about tinting them, but I figured that wouldn't turn out to well. The product you are using looks amazing as does your ride! Great job on the lights! | |

| Well, here are the reverse lights from Vleds.. and also the pictures of the completed car sitting outside. What do you think? I didnt go but two coats cause I didnt want the cops bothering me, or someone rear ending me when I get the 8 piston brakes on.. lol [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |
