I think Id probably rock a VW Jetta or something like that and get 40mpg and have a decent sized car. I would probably drive a festiva before riding in the smart car though.

As previously posted - I would rather buy a slightly larger car and get 40 MPG then to drive a Smart Car. I love the room that the Fit has, the hatch and those "magic seats". I get great gas milage and the car is so much fun to drive - at $17,000.00 out of the door for a Honda with cruise, CD, MP3 hookup, fog lights, 6 speakers, security system, A/C power locks and windows - can't be beat. Plus the Jetta or anything else would be easier to modify if you wanted to. Can't believe you could do too much with a Smart Car! Just my opinion!
